A fresh vibrant salad which I love as I adore passion fruit this also makes quite a nice change from Strawberries during the summer months, although I never really get sick of any fruit. The recipe is from Florida and they also use it as a salad which they serve with a spicy chicken dish, but i love it best served after a summer Barbie with huge dollops of good vanilla ice cream.
