When Joanne came back form her wedding in Antigua one of the first things she told me about was the amazing punch they had in there hotel, morning noon and night.
Joanne gave me the recipe, and Yes I did had to try it, since then I have enjoyed many Planters Punch pretending I was in the Caribbean, well the temperature was close to being correct.
- 2ozs of Antiguan rum or any Caribbean rum
- 2ozs of Pineapple juice
- 2ozs of lemonade
- 1 dash of bitters
- 1 squeeze of fresh lime juice
Mix all together, serve over ice in a tumbler with a fancy straw and sit and dream of white sand and blue seas.
