I have tonight tried my first recipe from the new book I bought Keto Kitchen, it is well written, clear and takes you through he stages of the recipe which ensures a successful dish.
The author Monya Palmer also gives you tips which are useful and clearly lays out the prep time and cooking times along with how many carbohydrates with in the dish.
We did both enjoy this dish, although I am not on Keto, I had basmati rice and John had cauliflower. John really enjoyed this dish, I felt next time I make it I will not use the 5 ozs of cream think I will cut it to 3 ozs as I felt it was just a touch too creamy for me and it softened the sauce a little too much, although this is purely personal taste and it is a good recipe and look forward to trying the others in the book.
