After been asked advice by one of my YouTube subscribers on how to make a mushroom sauce. I thought the best way to show how to make one was to make a YouTube video of the process. This sauce can easily be modified to make a lovely mushroom risotto.
Below are Ingredients used in this dish.
- 250g chestnut mushrooms
- 1 small red onion (chopped)
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 oz butter
- 1tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs Mushroom Ketchup ( I used Geo Watkins Mushroom Ketchup)
- 15g Porcini mushrooms ( I used the Waitrose Cook’s Ingredients porcini mushrooms)
- 1 Chicken Stock cube (Knorr)
- 1 large tps Dijon Mustard
- 2 -3 tbs Double cream
- 1 splash of white wine
- 3 Pork steaks
- Albert Bartlett Rooster Deep Crinkle Cut Chips
