Last week we found we had to get hold of some heel protectors rather quickly, my granddaughter who has had major surgery was showing signs of her heels getting sore. She is on an air flow mattress and in hospital they had been putting rolled towels under her ankles, this alone can prove uncomfortable, we took the decision to buy some for her, she is fully disabled so we knew we would get our use from them.
I looked around the internet, I could not find anywhere that seemed to do childrens proctectors so I went ahead with ordering what seemed our best option. I am very pleased to say we are delighted with them, they are doing a good job also they are very nice quality and the company who provided then gave us excellent service.
I received an email from them not long after placing the order, a lady called Lucy wrote to me to say that they did not have them in stock, they were due in soon but if we needed them urgently they had a cheaper alternative they could send straight out and refund the difference. I agreed to this option but within an hour I had another message to say they had just taken delivery of the item I wanted and they would send them straight out, they arrived next morning. Also because of the design the fit was fine.This was excellent communication and brilliant customer care. A very grateful thank you to Proctor Health Care.
