For each dish these are the ingredients, so please double the below ingredients if you are going make the 2 dishes.
- 2-3 tbs of pudding rice
- 2 tbs of Demerara sugar
- 1 handful of sultanas in each dish
- Lemon zest in each dish
- 3/4 of a pint of mild in each dish
- 1 tsp Grated Nutmeg
- 4-5 small knobs of salted butter
The method
- In the bottom of each dish put 2-3 tablespoons of rice on the bottom of each dish, lay on the sugar, sultanas, lemon zest
- Add the milk and give it a gentle stir
- Grate on the nutmeg and place knobs of butter on top
- Either place the dishes into silicone baskets and place in the Ninja, or make tin foil straps to go under the dishes so that you can lift out the dishes when the rice pudding is done
- Turn the Ninja onto roast at 17O C for about 40 – 45 minutes, or longer if necessary.
